A military memorial service was held at the Lutheran church at Worthington, Minn., Sunday afternoon for Tech. Sgt. Leonard E. Meier who has been reported missing in action in the Philippine Islands since 1942. He was declared dead last September. He leaves his wife and two children. He is a cousin of Mrs. Alfred Brandt.
