O'BRIEN  COUNTY OLD SETTLER REUNION AUGUST 1939

In August of 1939, the early  settlers of O'Brien County were honored at the county seat town, with a celebration  as
a tribute to all those that were instrumental in settling this county.  It was estimated that 22,000 were in attendance at
sometime during the one day event.

Only a small percentage of the huge crowd registered  at the Old Settler's Reunion, but an estimated 1000 persons left
their names  and the date of their arrival in O'Brien County.  We have listed those with  Paullina connections.
