No. 3 - Unidentified picture in a box of family heirlooms belonging to Lindle Washington POWERS and his wife Mary Louise SHEPARD POWERS. Only clue -- I have seen photo's like this in the O'Brien County 1978 History book -- they are identified as "school photo's". Could this be a school class picture?

No. 5 - This is a road paving crew in Sheldon, Ia about 1930. The man second from right is Charles William Morris, my grandfather. He married Mary "Mamie" Peters. Her father ran a harness shop in Sheldon before 1900. I don't know any of the other men. If you do, contact the O'Brien site coordinator. Picture courtesy of Mary (Blessing) Boneschans.

No. 6 - This is a picture of the kindergarten class of 1922 at the Sheldon grade school. That would make these children the high school graduating class of about 1935. One of the children is Robert H. Morris son of the man identified in the paving crew. Picture courtesy of Mary (Blessing) Boneschans.
