LIBERAL GIFT of FRANCES R. KELLY

We must not forget the liberal gift of Frances R. Kelley of Muscatine but a product of WIlton, of the bulletin board placed on the City lot just west of the City Hall. Containing the names of the boys and men in service. Known as the Wilton Honor Roll. It is a great credit to the town, moreso to the donor; many thanks, Frances----"Hats Off."
