DIED.

M’COY.—Of apoplexy, at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, 1889, at his home in Lake township, after an illness of only four hours, DAVID McCOY, in the 84th year of his age.

Deceased was born in the North of Ireland, and came to this country in 1837, residing in this community 35 years, thus being one of its oldest settlers.

Those left to mourn their sudden and irreparable loss are his wife, who is in a feeble condition, three daughters, Mrs. John Will, Misses Cina and Ida, and four sons, Richard, Daniel, Nicholas and Robert.

The funeral is appointed to take place from the home at 10:30 a. m. Thursday.
