Resolved, That our society is called upon on this occasion, more especially to pay its high respect to the deceased, not only on account of her loving life, but also to her many virtues as a faithful, industrious and economical house-wife and mother, who with her family of children and numerous offspring, have contributed much towards establishing our county, State and society on a basis of law, religion, wealth and education which is the pride of our nature, and which entitled her to highest respect and love.
Resolved, That we hereby extend to the family and relations our deep sympathy in their affliction, and that a copy of these resolutions be sent to the family.
