To Whom it May Concern:Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of April, A. D. 1928, there was opened and publicly read ty the Clerk of the District Court of said County, an instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Asmus Krieger, late of said County, deceased; and that said instrument of writing will come on for hearing and proof on the 7th day of May. A. D. 1928, at the April Term of the District Court of said County commencing on the 3rd day of April, A. D. 1928, at which time any one interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the same should not be admitted to Probate.
