By Jacque HazenMichael Wayne Hazen attended school in Nichols, and his first job was a paper route. He spent one year in the U. S. Army in Vietnam.
Mike married Linda Kay Strause of Muscatine. They are parents of two children: Shawna Maria Hazen and Aanthony Michael Hazen. Both children attend Nichols Elementary school.
RENEE LOUISE HAZEN
5th child of Al & Dort Hazen

By Jacque HazenRenee Louise Hazen attended Nichols school through the grades and West Liberty High school.
She was married to Douglas Mills, son of Mervin Mills and Dorothy Mills, also of Nichols. Doug and Renee have one son, Albert Douglas Mills.
Renee enjoys drawing and painting, and Doug enjoys restoring Mustangs. Doug works for HON Industries in Muscatine.
LORI MARLENE HAZEN

By Jacque HazenLori Marlene Hazen was born in Iowa City. She attended Nichols Elementary school and West Liberty High school. She is now [1984] a student at Muscatine Community college. She resides in Nichols.
Lori’s hobbies include tennis, cooking, traveling, music and reading.
ANNETTE DEE HAZEN
7th child of Al & Dort Hazen

By Jacque HazenAnnette Dee Hazen was the youngest child of Al and Dort Hazen. Annette attended school in Nichols and West Liberty.
She was married to Daniel Richard McCrabb of West Liberty. Dan is the son of Sue McCrabb and Rich McCrabb. Dan and Annette have one daughter: LeAnn Nicole McCrabb.
Annette and her family live in Manchester, Iowa, where Dan works for Don and Walt’s Plumbing and Heating.
