The ceremony was performed by Dr. C. L. Stafford and the ring service used.
Miss Hildred Hintermeister, a sister of the groom, and Archie King were the attendants.
Mrs. Hintermeister wore a suit of brown material with hat and shoes to match. The bridesmaid wore a suit of navy blue and her accessories corresponded. Both carried bouquets of bridal roses.
After the wedding a supper was served a company of relatives and close friends at the home of the bride’s mother on Muscatine Island. The supper was served in several courses at a table prettily trimmed with flowers. The bride’s cake occupied the center of the table. Miniature white bells were used in the decoration of the home.
Mr. and Mrs. Hintermeister will make their home on the old Hintermeister homestead, six miles south west of the city. They will he at home to their friends at once.
