SHEILA WILSON OSSAIN attended Old Garfield from 1941 thru 1945 and after graduating from MHS on to college to get her teachers degree and came back to Old Garfield to teach. She taught at Old Garfield until 1956 and the new Garfield until 1960. She is currently teaching in the Muscatine Community School District at the Franklin school. She has two children: Gregg Ossain 36 and Lynne Lackey 29. She also has two grandchildren; Zackary age 6 and Lakota born Dec 26, 1997. She is one of many Old Garfield kids to come back to teach at Old Garfield.
