    Chuck remembers Old Garfield very well and in June he thinks of the years 1949-1955 when his parents said that he must go to school, and he like others didn't think that was such a good idea as he did not want any part of that thing called school. What was school anyway? He soon found out. Kindergarten thru High School that it wasn't so bad afterall.

     He liked learning so much that he joined the U. S. Navy to serve his country, came home got married and produced three fine children of his own, Casey, Joe, and Shane so he could make them go to that thing called school. He raised them from 1981 on. Now they are married with their own family. They had children that are called grandchildren to him.

     He devotes all his time doing photography of Ashlea, Cody, Amanda, Alisha and Chelsa. They are his life. He lives in a fine home on the Cedar River. He also says that it couldn't get much better. He also says thanks for giving him a chance to relive the good old days of Garfield School for him.
