VI TIEDMAN KUEBLER Vi and Bob have lived in Florida since their retirement back in 1987. They have 3 children, Micheal lives in Des Moines, Kandace lives in Philadelphia and Brian lives in Minneapolis, one grandson, Erik lives in Des Moines. Vi retired from U of Iowa. Both of them are active in Volunteer work in Florida. On their 50th wedding anniversary they traveled to Europe including Scotland, Wales and England. Vi mentions that her mother may be the oldest Old Garfield Kid, Margie who is a young 97 years. Margie went to Old Garfield from 1907 thru 1915. She taught school at Walcott, Iowa after graduating from Muscatine High school. Then she worked for R.L. Polk taking census for years. She is now retired and still lives in Muscatine. Her children are Vi, Betty Holzhauer and Jackie Lewis. She has 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was my Sunday School Teacher at the Musserville Methodist Church.
