ROBERT "BOB" HOPKINS

    Bob attended Old Garfield from the 1st grade on. Also had 4 brothers and 1 sister attend Old Garfield, Richard; Donald; Glenn; Harold; and Verle. Bob married Shirley Terrill in 1948 and 5 children all married. They are Russell; Susan; Robert E; Sheri and Timothy. They have 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Bob retired from the United States Postal Service in 1988 after 27 years. They don't do much of anything other then camp and travel. They spend the 4 winter months in Texas and the Summer months in Muscatine, Blue Grass attending acoustic music gatherings.
