LOIS LAW BECKY Lois attended Old Garfield from grades 1 thru 6 before going on to Franklin for grades 7 & 8. Four of her brothers (now deceased) also attended Old Garfield. Her other brother Lloyd Law has been sent an invitation to the reunion. She married Vince Becky and was married for 44 years prior to his death. Her 1 son lives in Denver, Colorado and owns Wavelength Cable Inc. and her grandson lives in Nashville, Tennessee and is in the recording business. Her favorite teacher was Miss Rosenthal and will always remember Grandpa Marx the janitor who greeted every student each morning. She lived three houses from the old school on Wallace Street and her father ran the Grocery store on the corner of Sampson street where all the kids bought their candy. I might mention that when her father left the grocery business her uncle Jake and aunt Edna took over for them. I think most of us remember them. She hopes to see some old friends at the reunion and mentions that nor too many of them are left.
