Directions to drive to this cemetery: From Muscatine at the intersection of Highways 38 and 61, take Highway 61 east about 1.4 miles. Turn right onto New Era Rd and take an immediate right turn onto a gravel road. It will turn into a black top road. Go about 1.1 miles and turn right onto Keener Rd.---Also from Highway 22, at intersection of Highway 22 E. and Soloman Av., turn North onto Soloman Av. Go about .5 mile and turn onto Keener Rd. On Keener Rd, follow road and you will see both Gilbert and Jewish Cemeteries side by side.Dave Dunston walked thru this cemetery in October 2001. Further information was submitted by Eleanor B.
