A, A. WEBB, farmer, Sec. 16; was born in Allegheny Co., Penn., May 10, 1826; in 1829, his parents removed to Guernsey Co., Ohio, where he remained until he was 22 years of age, when he went to De Kalb Co., Ill., where he married Miss Martha Jane Bartlett, a native of Ashland Co., Ohio; they were married in 1856; she was born March 21, 1839; they removed to Muscatine Co. and settled where they now reside, in 1864; have had six children, four still living--John J., Stella, Annie and Willie. Mr. Webb and wife are members of the M. E. Church; he is a Republican. Owns 101 acres of land well improved.
