RUSSELL, of the firm of Burk and Russell, attorney at law; is a native of Long Island, N.Y.; when 3 years of age his parents came to Muscatine Co., where he received his education; he studied law, entered the State University and graduated in the law department in 1878; he has recently associated with W. D. Burk in the practice of his profession.
