JOSEPH W. RICHARDSON was born Sept. 10, 1808, in Frederick Co., Md; parents moved to Cayuga Co., N. Y., in 1809; he entered the land upon which he now lives from the Government in 1849. He married Lucina Watson in Ohio, April 24, 1842; she was born Sept. 12, 1813, in Luzerne Co., Penn., and died Jan. 24, 1852; had two children--Mary and Isaac, now both deceased. Republican.
