Muscatine County

To the Treasurer and Collector of Said County:

In the Name of the State of Iowa, You are hereby commanded to proceed and collect from person or persons named in the accompanying list, the sum or sums of money assessed against them, and you are hereby commanded to distrain the goods and chattels of the persons neglecting or refusing to pay the amounts so assessed to them, and to dispose of said property, goods and chattels, for the satisfaction of said assessment, together with the interest and cost, and in all respects to proceed as the law in such cause s provides.
