SUPPOSED DEAD MAN SHOWS UP

THEODORE SCHULTZE, ABSENT MANY YEARS, RETURNS.

His Property Is In Process of Being Settled Upon Heirs - In Eyes of
Law Schultze Is Dead.

From Wednesday’s Daily.
The sudden appearance of Theodore Schultze yesterday in this city after he had been absent from Muscatine 25 years, and his whereabouts unknown for about 10 years and all hope of ever hearing from him again had been given up by his friends and relatives, who were startled by his sudden appearance yesterday almost as much as it they had seen him step out of his grave.

Property Returned.

His share in his father’s estate had been apportioned among his relatives but they were glad enough to give him back his property when he appeared here alive. His friends and relatives were all overjoyed to see him and welcomed him as one returned from the grave.
