MUSCATINE COUNTY IOWA HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI

The 60th annual commencement exercises of the Wilton high school were held in the auditorium Thursday evening when a class of 36 received their diplomas. Rev. Lauren Thomas of Bloomfield, Ia., was the speaker and delivered a forceful and interesting address on the subject: "The Unseen Forces."

Raymond Gatzke, class representative, gave an address and Warren Collier, class president, introduced the speaker. Musical numbers on the program were selections by the high school girls' glee club, with Dale Norton, soloist, and French horn solo, Miss Maurine Wacker. Rev. R. L. Blaisdell gave the invocation. Rev. J. M. Newgard the benediction and Miss Marie Koeppen, the processional and recessional.

The class motto is "In Ourselves Our Future Lies," class colors, peach and turquoise blue, class flower, sunburst rose.
