Pictured are the schools in Red Oak before the extensive building program started in 1950. At present time the old buildings in use are the Junior High, High School, Jefferson (temporarily) and Washington.  The Jefferson, Bancroft and Webster buildings have been replaced by the three new edifices.  The Lincoln building was purchased by the City of Red Oak. A gymnasium is presently being constructed and adjoins the High School building.
