This is a photograph of John Glenn Lundeen, my grandfather. He farmed for 50 years just south of Grant Center with my father, Waldo Lundeen. My grandfather was a horse trader and traveled into South Dakota and Nebraska buying horses. He sold many of his purchases to Monona County as they were used for road construction. He died in 1979.
