This is a photo of the Oliver family house in Onawa.  I am not sure if it is still standing.  This was the Family home of Samuel Addison Oliver and Hannah Towne.

This is a picture of Samuel Addison Oliver.  He was a District Judge, Member of the House of Representatives, Member of the second nominating convention for Abraham Lincoln.  ( I believe he was also a mayor of the city and gave money for the library and schools)  (1833-1912)
