Photo of Edna Wiley, 1917 - Blencoe, IA (see research at right) | Miss Edna Wiley (photo at left) in 1917 Additional Research by volunteer, Larry Vredenburgh: Tracking down Edna Mae: She had an aunt Miss Martha Record(s) (b. 1888) who had a sister nearby, Mrs. [Nettie] Wiley (b. 1881 IA). In the 1885 Iowa Census the David Records family was living in Harlan, Shelby, Iowa, USA. Another article says Martha Records was to marry Charles Hastings and move to Delmar, Delaware, on Jan 1, 1920. She shows up there in the 1920 census he is 51 and she is 31. There is a 17 year old daughter, a 15 year old son and another 9 year old son. In the 1930 census Charles and Martha had 3 sons together. Edna M. Wiley b. 29 Aug 1902 in Woodbine, IA, was the daughter of Nettie Lavina Records and Silas Ora Wiley (m. 5 Dec 1899 in Logan, Harrison, IA) See: Another note. Edna and Norman had a son John Everett b. 2 Feb 1923 in Woodbury, IA he died 6 Sep 1973 in Riverside, CA.

Mrs. Ed Shea Sr. The store owner Edward Shea b. 1873 and his wife Lillian b. 1881, lived on Main Street next door to his father Edward b. 1845 and mother Harriet b. 1852. The elder Shea listed his occupation as farmer. This photo is of Harriet Shea. ~Researched by Larry Vredenburgh
