Five More Young Men Will Leave Monday for Army

Five more young men have been ordered to report for duty in the U.S.

Army by the Monona County Draft board.

They are:

Vance Varnel Gaer of Missouri Valley.

Fred Louis Berka of Onawa.

Darrell Edward McNutt of Castana.

James LeRoy Gray of Blencoe.

Francis John Sasges of Mapleton.

The five, comprising Service Call No. 6, will leave Onawa for the

induction station in Omaha Monday morning, Carl Nielsen, chief clerk

of the Draft board, announced.

Recent volunteers are:

Carl Edwin Gustafson of Bradenton FL.

William Thompson Hubbard of Moorhead.

Questionaires from 550 to 800 have been mailed this week to

registrants.
