VINER REUNION HELD AT BRADEN HOME
Malvern Leader
July 4, 1946

The Viner reunion was held at Henderson a week ago Sunday at the home of Oscar and Alice Braden. There were 60 relatives and five guests present. Those from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Livasy and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Powell of Odesa, Mo., Mr. and Mrs. Joe Viner and family of Omaha, Neb., Mr. and Mrs. Lorrell Viner and family of Clearfield, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Johnson and family of Clarinda, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Viner and Phylis of Elliott, Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Viner of Omaha, Neb., Mrs. Hattie Kirkpatrick of Glenwood and Mrs. Gertrude Viner Kirkpatrick.

June 30 Mr. and Mrs. Wm. H. Viner and family entertained at their home in Red Oak honoring Mrs. Gertrude Kirkpatrick. There were 33 relatives and four guests present.

Mrs. Gertrude Viner Kirkpatrick of Pasadena, Cal., will be leaving for her home soon after spending several months visiting in the homes of relatives and friends. She plans to visit friends and relatives in Omaha, Denver and Salt Lake City enroute.


VINER FAMILY HELD BIG REUNION
The Viner Family Reunion was held June 26 at the Legion Park in Red Oak. Those attending from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Rolen, Mike, Sandy, and Billy Joe from Tulsa, Okla.; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wilson, Huntington Beach, Calif; Debbie A. Viner, Seattle, Wash.; Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Viner, Leon; and Benjie Hill, Knoxville. Attending from Omaha were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Viner and Donnie; Joe Viner and friend, William E. Dilks. Those from Carter Lake were Mr. and Mrs. Duane Boehne, Richard, Robert, Linda, Nancy and friend Don Kessler. Atlantic family members were Mr. and Mrs. Ron Wilkenson, Tim, Tracy, and Tebra.

Those from Malvern were Eva Livasy; Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Viner, Gina and friend, Rod Klindt, Teri and friend Louie O'Banion. Attending from Henderson were Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Viner and Mr. and Mrs. Herb Stephens. Those from Emerson included Ralph Viner, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Viner, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Viner and Howard, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Lewis, Denise and Brad, and Mr. and Mrs. Bud Viner, Jack, Brenda, Connie, and friend Vicki Allen. Red Oakers were Mr. and Mrs. Gene Viner, Cindi, Wayne, Vicki and Wendi, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Viner, Mrs. Deanna Archer and Denise, Mr. and Mrs. Merwin Viner, and Mrs. Eva Viner.

Family tree booklets were prepared and given to family members by Paul and Elizabeth Wilson. Officers held over for another year were Bud Viner, president, and Deanna Archer, secretary. The 1978 reunion will be held July 2.
