First Annual Reunion of the Miller Family Held at Dumfries Sunday, Pearl Baxter of Bluffs, Pres., Judkins is Secretary
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Boehm of Dumfries was the scene of a happy family reunion on Sunday, when the members of the Miller family assembled in their first annual reunion.
A bounteous picnic dinner was the big event of the day and the afternoon was pleasantly spent in various ways. The picnic was planned as an annual affair and for the coming year Mrs. Pearl Baxter of Council Bluffs was chosen president, Otto Judkins, secretary, and Mrs. Della Bussanmas, historian.
Forty-nine members were present, every family being represented except that of Jim Miller. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Boehm and family of Dumfries; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Miller and family, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Baxter, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Carter and daughter, and Mrs. Emma Miller, all of Council Bluffs.
Tom Miller of Trinidad, Col.; Earl Miller and family, Fay Miller and children, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Miller and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph May and family, Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Deupree, Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Bussanmas and family, Mrs. J.W. Laraway, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Hopp and family, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Judkins and family, all of Glenwood, and Mr. and Mrs. Will Chamberlain and family, of Malvern.
MILLER FAMILY REUNION IN BLUFFS AUGUST 16

Mrs. C.H. Carter, daughter of the late Clarence Miller of this city, sends word from Council Bluffs that the annual Miller family reunion will be held Aug. 16 at Kiwanis Point in Fairmont park at Council Bluffs. In case of rain the large club house has been reserved. The roads to the park are graveled, so all Millers are requested to be present if possible. The picnic dinner is at 1:00 p.m.

The Miller family reunion was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Bussanmas on North Locust street, Sunday. The reunion was held this year one week earlier than usual in order that Mrs. T.H. Miller and daughter of Trinidad, Colorado, who were visiting here, might be in attendance. There were twenty-four persons present, these being Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Boehm and family, Dumfries, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hertz, Malvern, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Chamberlain and family, Malvern, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Miller and family Council Bluffs, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Miller and family, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Hopp, Mrs. Claude Deupree, Esther Lincoln and Paul Judkins.
The following officers were elected for the coming year, Mrs. J.C. Busanmus, President; Mrs. C.J. Deupree, historian; Mrs. Earl Miller, secretary and treasurer.

The Miller family reunion was held on Sunday, July 30, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Miller, north of Pacific Junction. A bounteous picnic supper was served on the lawn and all present enjoyed the hospitality of the home.
The families of the following were present: Howard Miller, Ralph May, J.C. Busanmas, Leo Hop, Mrs. Laraway, Mrs. C.J. Deupree, all of this community; Ernest Boehm, Dumfries; Nick Carter, Howard Baxter, Mrs. Clarence Miller, Carl Miller, Council Bluffs; Wm. Chamberlain, Malvern.
MILLER FAMILY REUNION HELD HERE TUESDAY

The annual reunion of the descendants of the J.B. Miller family, was held in the parlors of the Methodist church in Glenwood Tuesday evening with some forty persons present. A bountiful basket supper was enjoyed followed by enjoyable hours of visiting, renewing acquaintances and in the exchange of remembrances of other days, indulged in by the older members.
Those present were Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Carter and daughter, Mrs. C.L. Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Boehm and family of Council Bluffs, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Hall and daughter, Mrs. Will Chamberlan and children of Malvern, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph May, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Roll, Mr. and Mrs. Homer Fritz, Mrs. J.W. Laraway, Mrs. Claude Deupree, Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Bussanmas, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Miller and sons, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Hopp and family, all of Glenwood and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schillinger of Los Angeles, California. Mrs. Schillinger will be remembered here as the former Priscilla Broski, granddaughter of the late, Mr. and Mrs. Al Miller.
