DEITCHLER REUNION IS HELD SUNDAY AT ALBERTJENS HOME

The family of Mrs. Alvena Deitchler held their annual reunion Sunday, June 27, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Jens.
At the noon hour everyone came with well filled baskets. Tables were set on the lawn and some fifty relatives were present for the bounteous dinner.
Attending besides the hosts and the honoree, who will soon celebrate her 89th birthday, were Mr. and Mrs. Herby Deitchler, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Dietchler, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Deitchler,
Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Miller, Mr. and Mrs. Marlin Sell, Mr. and Mrs. Chet Harrison and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Dietchler and family, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Deitchler and family, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Deitchler
and family, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Roenfeldt and family, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Deitchler and family, Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Hunt and family, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Deitchler and family, Elmer Deitchler,
Bill Wright, Mrs. Bertha Rath of Council Bluffs, Miss Ramona Miller and friend, Peggy, of Fort Worth, Tex.

The family of Ferdinand and Olvena Goos Deitchler held their reunion Sunday at Glenwood Lake Park. There were 50 present. Due to the rain and failing health, the oldest son, Herb, and wife Tracy, could not attend.
The oldest son present was Otto Deitchler, 89.
The youngest descendant present was Lana Goy, 5 months, daughter of Bill and Marcia Deitchler Goy.
Linda Miller, daughter of the Deitchlers, and Dewey Deitchler and wife Martha, another son was present.
The youngest family, Oscar Deitchler, Los Angeles, Calif., could not attend.
Descendants of each of the seven children were present.
The reunion will be held next September at Glenwood Lake Park.

The cousins of Fred and Mina Deithcler held a reunion Oct. 28 with a noon pot luck dinner at the Mills County Bank community rooms.
Present from the area were Harvey and Marion Jurgens, LaMona Jurgens, Luella Wreidt, Harold and Lois Deitchler, Larry and Carol Sue Patterson, Jim and Jeff,
all of Glenwood; Myron and Minnie Schoening, Elmer and Christina Schoening, Ernie Schoening and Mabel Wasserman, all of Mineola.
