COMSTOCK FAMILY HOLD REUNION AT STATE PARK
Malvern Leader
September 19, 1935

The Comstock family reunion was held in the Waubonsie state park Sunday, Sept. 15. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Zimmerman and Earl, Mr. and Mrs. Al Comstock, Lloyd, George, Loren, Crystal and Bertha, Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hess, Ruth and June, Riverton, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Phillips and family, Farragut, Mrs. Frank Hays, Orville and Doris, Hamburg, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Raines, Sidney, Mrs. Sam Comstock, Randolph, Mr. and Mrs. Will Comstock, Imogene, Mr. and Mrs. R. Jackson, Nebraska City, Mrs. C.W. Markham, Riverton.

All of the brothers and sisters and their families were present with the exception of one brother, Henry, who resides in Eugene, Ore. They enjoyed a picnic dinner, took pictures and visited and voted to all meet again on the first Sunday in September, 1936, at the state park.

The Comstock family reunion was held Sunday, Sept. 5, at the Waubonsie State park with 40 in attendance who partook of a fine picnic dinner. This is an annual affair, always meeting the first Sunday in September in the state park. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Sim Utterback, Shenandoah; Mr. and Mrs. Hary Comstock, Randolph; Mr. and Mrs. Will Comstock, Imogene; Mr. and Mrs. John Comstock and family, Tabor; Mr. and Mrs. Willim Hunning and family, St. Louis, Mo.; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Raines, Sidney; Mr. and Mrs. Chris Stauch and family, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Comstock, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Comstock, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Comstock, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Comstock, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Comstock, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Phillips and family, Marragut; Mr. and Mrs. Gene Hess and family, Riverton.
