COLGAN FAMILY REUNION IS HELD IN THE JUNCTION

Thomas Colgan Honored by Relatives on 85th Birthday--Club Women Entertain Families at Halloween Party in School Gym

The Colgan family reunion was held Sunday at the Thomas Colgan home. The sumptuous dinner was served in the dining room of the M.E. Church. The occasion was also in honor of Mr. Colgan's 85th birthday. Those present were Miss Tresa, at home, the Misses Rose and Margaret, of Council Bluffs, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Conner and family of Omaha, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Paluka and family of Council Bluffs, Mr. and Mrs. Will Kinney, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Colgan and Margaret Ann, Mrs. Sadie Whalin and family of Pacific Junction, Miss Katherine Benninghoff of Council Bluffs, Mr. Colgan and Peter M. Colgan. One daughter, Mary, of Council Bluffs, was unable to attend.

The Colgan family reunion was held Sunday, Oct. 23 at the home of Thomas Colgan. Those present were: Mrs. W.F. Colgan of Peoria, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Connor and family of Omaha; Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Paluka and family, Margaret and Rose Colgan, Mrs. Katheryn Benninghoff of Council Bluffs; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Colgan and Margaret Ann, Mrs. Sadie Whalen and family, Mrs. Anna Kinney, Thomas Colgan and Pete and Teresa Colgan of Pacific Junction.

The Colgan family met Sunday, Aug. 27 at the home of Teresa Colgan in Pacific Junction for their annual reunion.

Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Connor and family of Omaha; Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Paluka and family, Mrs. Kathryn Benningnoff, Misses Margaret and Rose Colgan, all of Council Bluffs; Mrs. John Whalen and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Colgan and Margaret Ann, Mrs. Anna Kinney, Teresa Colgan and P.M. Colgan, all of Pacific Junction.

Home of Teresa Colgan in Pacific Junction Scene of Pleasant Family Gathering. Picnic Dinner Served on Lawn

The home of Teresa Colgan of Pacific Junction, was the scene of a pleasant family gathering last Sunday, when some twenty-three members of the family assembled in reunion. The picnic dinner was served on the lawn. They all lingered on until evening with parting time, and all had to return to their respective homes, coming all too soon.

All members of the family were present except Mary Colgan of Council Bluffs, who was unable to join the family group on this occasion. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Connor and two children of Omaha; Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Paluka and four children, Margaret and Rose Colgan and Mrs. Kathryne Benninghoff of Council Bluffs; Mrs. Sadie Whalen and three children, Mr. and Mrs. Edd Colgan and daughter, Margaret Ann, Mrs. Anna Kinney, Pete and Teresa Colgan of Pacific Junction.
