The Bishop family reunion was held September 4 in the First Christian Church basement. It was hosted by Dolores Negethon and James Bachman of Council Bluffs
and their parents, Howard L. and Ruth D. Bishop of Panama City, Fla.
Attending were Alta Hathaway, Perry Bishop, Carl and Myrle Phelps and Lillian Bishop, all of Glenwood; Ethel Hillyer of Emerson; Floyd and Donna Hillyer and Roll and Mildred Bryant
of Imogene; Orville Hathaway of Omaha, Neb.; Alyce Ainslie and Eugene and Theoda Watts of Bellevue, Neb.; David Watts of California; and Jake and Barbara Taenzler, John and Susan, all of Glenwood.
A potluck dinner was held at the event.

The Bishop family reunion was held July 20 at the home of Don and Donna Bishop and Pam of 300 Harolds Drive. The oldest member was Alta Hathaway, 91, and the person coming the farthest
was Eva Bishop Doty of Cherry Valley, Calif.
Present from Glenwood were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bishop and Mark, Mr. and Mrs. Terry Bishop, Todd and Holly, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dees, Mr. and Mrs. Jake Taenzier, John and Susan, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Phelps, Perry Bishop,
Alta Hathaway and Lillian Bishop.
From out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Ken Keith, David and Heather of Lincoln, Neb.; Orville Hathaway of Omaha; Mr. and Mrs. Perry Bishop Jr. of Streator, Ill.; Ethel Hillyer of Emerson; Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hillyer
