BENNETT FAMILY REUNION IN COUNCIL BLUFFS SUNDAY

There was a Bennett family reunion held at the Arnold Bennett home last Sunday at which 31 guests were
entertained at dinner in honor of Mrs. Will Beberness and Miss Pearl Bennett, of Lengo, Wyo., who are
visiting among relatives in this part of Iowa.
The dinner which was a veritable feast was builded about two turkeys which had been sent from Lengo, Wyo.
by Frank Bennett, who was unable to be present. It was indeed a jolly gathering of which father D.W. Bennett
was the jolliest, thus surrounded by children, grandchildren and other beloved relatives. Others from this
city who were present were Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Rhoades and Mrs. Edwin McGarry, Mrs. Flo Bennett, Mildred and
Everet Bennett, Mrs. Stacy and Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Bennett.
