Green Castle Township

Green Castle: Platted on Sept. 7, 1857 by Blakely Brush and located 1 mile east of Ferguson/A village laid out in 1857 in Section 8, about 1 mile southwest of Ferguson.

Gilman: Platted Dec. 20, 1870 by F.F. Ingersall, Charles Hobart, Fred Banner and J.D. Downer. It is located in Section 25 & Section 26. Was incorporated on June 5, 1876.

Ferguson: Platted Feb. 1, 1882 by the Milwakee Land Co. It is located in Sections 5 & 6. Was incorporated on January 30, 1907.

Dunbar: Platted Feb. 3, 1882 by the Milwaukee Land Co. Located in Section 1.   

                  Pickering: A railroad station located at the junction of the Milwaukee and Northwestern Railroad in Section 3.
