Jones, Barclay,

 

 

                                      farmer and minister of the Gospel, Sec. 10; P.O. Quarry; owns a farm of 124 acres, valued at $6,000; born May 15, 1844, in Cass Co., Ind.; he went with his parents to Howard Co., in 1854; attended the Friends’ Seminary at Adrian, Mich., in 1867; returned to Hamilton Co., Ind., and married Rhoda Kendall, July 7, 1870; she was born Sept. 30, 1848, in same county; came to Iowa in 1871, and settled on the farm adjoining their present home; have two children—Henry O. and Clinton H. Mr. Jones has been acting as a Recorded Minister in the Friends’ Church for six years; Republican.
