Thomas
Benge Jr. and Patsy Tempy Brown were parents of Joshua,
Thomas,Obediah Sukey and Alfred. Alfred moved from Alexandria, IN to
Madison Co. Iowa in l855. Need to know if Alfred's sister Sukey was
really named Susana born in l8l4 in NC with the rest of her
siblings. She later married Samuel Goodwin in IN around l840 and
later moved to NE in l858. She died in Nebraska City NE in l878.
Think there are some Benges living in the Winterset, Iowa region.

Mary
Snyder married James Martin Gentry in Mdison County Feb. 1855.
She died June 1856 when her daughter was 4 mo. old. She is not
the daughter of Andrew Snyder who had a daughter Mary who died
about the same time but is buried in another cemetery, but she
is buried in Witerset cemetery next toyoung children of that
family. Not on 1850 census so know nothing else about her except
she died when she was 20 years old. Who was she? Helpful
suggestions welcome. Dorothy

I
am searching for a George Fredrickson b. 1845 & married a
Mary Lorenzen??(Unsure of last name.) They lived in Madison
County but I think George & Mary were both born in Germany.
One of their sons "Oscar" married a Callie Ethel
Macumber. Her parents were Lindey Macumber and Emily Church. If
you have any information on this line I'd love to hear from you.
