RALSTON,
STONE, HAMILTON Searching for descendants of James RALSTON,
b. ca 1790 SCT, who lived in Madison Co. from 1855, d. there
1865. Particularly interested in finding: Cora RALSTON, b.ca
1875-1890, moved to OK at some time, where her father died
in a tornado. Her mother, Mary Florence HAMILTON, died some
years before that. She was daughter of James Bell RALSTON b.
1844 OH, and she was the only survivor of that family. Cora
married Rastus STONE, I believe in Oregon. I think she went to
live with some cousins after her father died, but I don't
know who. Also interested in finding descendants of John M.
RALSTON, one of James Sr.'s sons, who was the only one of
James' children who stayed in Madison Co. His daughter Mollie
RALSTON is listed on a 1902 plat map of Jackson Twp. in
Madison Co. Unknown whether she ever married. Emma was
another of John's daughters.
