I am seeking information on the families listed above. I believe that Elizabeth FIDLER THORNBRUGH died 29 May 1882 and is buried in Madison Co. Iowa. She was married to James THORNBRUGH who died 12 Dec 1851 and is also burried in Madison Co Iowa. James and Elizabeth had a daugher Rebecca who married Washington Anderson CRAWFORD on 3 July 1856. As far as I can tell they had 9 children of which 8 were born in Winterset, Madison, Iowa. Any help would be appreciated.

William Henry and Deborah KILBOURN FLEMING came to a farm 3-1/2 miles SE of Earlham in the autumn of 1859 from Jayesville, Ohio. Children: Emma Hattie, Ida, Edward Aaron, Mary E., Verna, Jennie May, Marion J., Nellie, John How. STEPHENSON, Sophia was a civil war nurse (1910 census Winterset, Madison, Iowa,) need information on her, her husband who was deceased by the 1900 census. Sophia had a daughter living with her (Eliza) 1900,1910,1920. Are there any records about her Civil war service? She was living with her brother William BATTICE in 1920 census. I am trying to find out when she or her brother died also any information would be appreciated.
