Isiah Oglesbee and Dulcenia
Oglesbee and James Kale and Reauh E. Kale of Madison County, Iowa
$35 paid by Scott Township Trustees of Madison County, State of
Iowa do hereby sell and convey unto the said the following
described premises situated in the county of Madison and state of
Iowa to wit; commencing 896 1/2 feet North and 197 feet East of
the S. W. Corner of Section (24) Township (75) North and Range
(27) West of the 5th Principal Meridian thence East 198 feet
thence North 220 feet thence West 198 feet thence South 220 feet
to place of beginning containing one acre for Graveyard.
And I Isiah Oglesbee agree to give
right of way across my land from graveyard running East on my
North line to Public Road for the consideration of $30.
And we hereby covenant with the
said Scott Township Trustees that we hold said premises by good
and perfect title; that we have good right and lawful authority to
sell and convey the same, that they are free and clear of all
liens and incumbrances whatsoever and we covenant to Warrant and
Defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever and the said Dulcenia Oglesbee and Reauh E. Kale hereby
relinquishes their right of dower in and to the above described
premises signed 5th day of January A. D. 1891.

On this 5th day of January A. D.
1891 before me, James M. Allen, a Justice of Peace within and for
said County, personally came all, personally known to me, known to
be the identical persons whose name are affixed to the above
instrument as grantors, and acknowledged the execution of the same
to their voluntary act and deed for purposes therein expressed.
