Agan Reunion

The second annual Agan reunion was held in the Columbia Park on Sunday, August 4, 1940. One hundred eighty people were registed during the day.

Following the bountiful dinner, all assembled in a group for a program and a short business meeting. Letters from several different states were read, which had been sent by relatives who were unable to attend.

The business meeting was presided over by the president, Otis Agan and the secretary-treasurer Mrs. Maggie Moore at which time Otis Agan was reelected as president and Raymond Shore was elected secretary-treasurer for the coming year.

After a session of group visiting the meeting was adjourned to be held Sept 7, 1941 at the Columbia Park.
