Click on the 'full screen' icon to enlarge the map.  After it enlarges, move your mouse to the corner of the image and stretch it diagonally.  You may have to do that to each upper corner.  Then you will see the - and  + bar, click on the + to zoom in.  This will fit the map to the box.  After you have done this, you mouse pointer becomes a hand and you can 'grab' the map and scroll around to see each township.  You can zoom in or out using the - or the +.
