| Situated on the South end of a one and one half acre tract that described begin thirty-six (36) rods West of the NE corner of Section No. 4, Twp 75N, R3W, 5th PM, Louisa County, Iowa, thence South 30 rods; hence West 8 rods; thence North30 rods; thence East 8 Roads to beginning. |
| A stone set of SE and SW corners; also at E and W side 33’ South of the North end, laid out at right angles with North line of Section. |
| A brick is set at the corner of each lot. |
| The deed creating Wagner Cemetery is recorded in Book 37 page 117 Louisa County Recorder’s Office. |

| Lots 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 and 42 are 10x20 feet. |

| A new section was laid out in April 20, 2009. Lots 43 to 60 are 12x20 feet. |
