THE NEW B & M JEWELRY STORE

One of the newest business ventures in Wapello is the B & M Jewelry Store, owned and operated by Robert Dircks, originally from Columbus Junction.

“Bob” has a fine army record being with the air force in the European theatre for three years. After returning from the service he attended the American Academy of Horology in Denver, Colo.

Upon graduating from the Academy, he sought the opportunity of going into business for himself and just recently opened his complete little shop on Van Buren street, where he specializes in watch repairing, but also carries an excellent line of jewelry and accessories.

“B” married Miriam Buster and the couple has one small son, Kenneth, who is only three months old.
