These cards are very old, they are the linen type not the smooth or shiny cards. 
I have never seen these particular cards..
 

Rand Park.  The caption of the postcard reads:  4797 - SCENE IN RAND PARK, KEOKUK, IA.  This postcard has a Keokuk, Iowa postmark of Feb 8, 1917 at 6:30PM.  Printed on the postcard is "Pub. Expressly for The F. W. Woolworth Co."
