Adding "a lot" of Iowa Civil War government grave markers. Keokuk has a National Cemetery with military burials. There are local people and others from all over the U.S. Maybe those doing an Iowa search will find their family.

1869 Des Moines Valley Railroad Business Directory It is a business directory of towns/cities along the Des Moines Valley railway. It lists the town/city and the businesses in that town.
