These are duplicate Death Certificates found in the old Court House building in
Keokuk. They were given to the Lee County Genealogical Society by the Deputy
Clerk of Court, Lorreine Duerkop, in 1977. The originals are now on file
in Des Moines. This index was compiled by Geraldine Satterly a genealogy
society member. Contributed by the Keokuk Public Library.
