MONEYMAKER, Mrs. Anna died a native of Confort, Ireland, came to Keokuk in 1854. Went west to California. Died in Maralia, California. Survivors are husband, J. MONEYMAKER, one daughter, Mrs. George HAMILTON of Ft. Madison, Charles HAMILTON, a grandson of Keokuk, Miss Grace of Montrose, a brother in California. (torn off in places)

BULLARD, Albert married Elizabeth MILLMEYER at his home. Son of Mr and Mrs. Richard BULLARD. She is the daughter of Mrs. Frank MILLMEYER. Both of Jefferson Township.
MCDONALD, Dr. Orin Porter died 21 June 1902. He practiced medicine for 40 years in Keokuk. He was 82.11 July 1902
GARVIN, Patrick, died 4 July 1902 in Nauvoo. Buried in Catholic Cemetery. Survivors include two daughters, two sons, Mrs. J. S .KNOBBS was only daughter listed. She has two sons, Wallace and Loren.

FISHER, W .J. died in Tacoma, Washington. Left Montrose where he had shoemakers bench. Then dry goods and grocery for over 30 years.
KERNS, a daughter 8 lbs born to Mr. and Mrs. Porter KERNS.
LAWLER, Mrs. George died last Saturday in Tacoma, Washington. Her daughter is Mrs. Thomas WARD of Montrose. Leaves mother, husband, two children, Ellen and George.

SPRING, Mrs. Anna died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Theresa WINKLER in Keokuk. Widow of Thomas of Montrose. She was 68 years old, native of Germany, came to U.S.A. in 1872 settled in Sugar Creek. Member of St. Mary’s Church. Out of 21 children, only 3 survive; Martin of Sugar Creek, Jacob of Middle Road and Joseph of Ohio. (must have meant 4 children survive.)

HAMILTON, a daughter born Sunday to Mr. and Mrs. Robert HAMILTON of New Boston.
FAETH, Mr. Daniel married Miss Mabel E. HENTHORN at home of Mr. Paris CONLEE of VIELE. Both parties of Jefferson Township. Will live in the FAETH neighborhood.

WOODS, John Hamilton was killed 28 July 1902 at Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Son of Mr. and Mrs. James WOODS. Born 11 April 1869 in Montrose. His mother, former Miss Anna HAMILTON died when he was 2. He was raised by his aunt Emma HAMILTON to the age of 21. In 1894 he married Miss Ella FREEMAN in Eugene, Oregon. They had one daughter, Edna, now 6 yrs old. Wife died 31 January 1896. Married for the second time 4 August 1901, whom with the daughter survive. Buried in Montrose. (Another article tells fo accident, killed by train. Sister is Mrs. W .J .O’MEARA of St .Louis.)

VANPAPPELENDAM, Mrs. J.B., died Wednesday at her home in Keokuk. She was Miss Alice MCCULLOUGH. She was born 15 January 1860 in Ft .Madison. She was 42. She married 5 April 1882 to John B. VANPAPPELEDAM in Franklin.

FARHA, Michael married Manera HEDBA in Quincy. They were children together in Palestine. Married by ancient Arabic Rites. Performed by Rev. Father Danil MALOOF in New York, who brought the bride to this country 8 months ago. She was attired in a beautiful gown which was silk and cost $15. Per yard. They were both members of the Syrian Colony in Quincy, Illinois.
BARRETT, Prof. W.L.of Ft.Madison married Miss Bertha Lightfoot in Des Moines on Monday. They will return to Ft. Madison.
WILSON, Miss Addie died Monday at her family home in Fulton County, Illinois, near Summon. Sister to A. L. WILSON of Keokuk Standard.

SMITH, Miss Nellie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Frank SMITH of Burlington. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. I. C. STEPHENS. Died at St. Francis Hospital.
TRUMP, Mrs. wife of ex- sheriff, liveryman, a horse buyer died in her home in Ft. Madison. Leaves her husband, Chris and two sons, Dick and Ray.

OLSON, C.P. found dead and floating by two fishermen.
WALZ, a retired farmer who lived with his daughter, Mrs. Leopold FATE in Burlington, died by drowning. He was born in Baden, Germany. He was born 74 years ago and came to this country shortly after he attained his majority. Besides his daughter he is survived by three sons; Frank of Burlington, Harry of Colorado, and William of LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
YOUNKER, Mr. M. Died yesterday. He was 60 yrs old and one of the oldest businessmen in Keokuk. He is survived by two sons, Samuel of Des Moines, Isaac of Keokuk, five daughters, Misses Nettie, Amanda, Pauline, Katie, and Dora all living in Keokuk. Five brothers; Lippman, Herman and Aaron all of New York, Marcus and Joseph of Des Moines.

SUNDEEN, August died Friday morning at the home of Mrs. Elizabeth LETTS at Sandusky. He was 40 years old. Survived by father, John of Galland. He was a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church in Keokuk. Buried in Galland.
BREEN, Ruby, 4 year old niece of Dr. Buck, died in Ft. Madison Thursday.

DIMMITT, Mrs. J. H.,wife of Rev. DIMMITT of Montrose Methodist Church died 10 September 1902 at her home in Donnellson, on Wednesday. Cora was 26 and leaves her little boy, George WALKER, her husband, mother and sister, She is buried in Mediapolis, Iowa Cemetery.

GILBERT, Mrs. Emily died Tuesday at Marshalltown. Leaves two daughters, Mrs. Joseph JOHNSON, Mrs. Ira JOHNSON< both of Marshalltown. One son, George W. of Marshalltown. Buried in Marshalltown. Born Emily CHILDS, 23 March 1814 in Morrisville, Vermont. AT the age of 20 came west with her brother, located near Princeton, Illinois. Married Harvey B.GILBERT, latter moved to Cordova, Illinois. In 1867 moved to Burlington. Had one sister, Mrs. Lucinda BINGHAM, of Saybrook, Illinois.

REEVES, Mrs. M. wife of well known merchant married REEVES. Died at her home on 28 November 1902. Born in Chloe Toll in Virginia on 11 May 1831. Married in Montrose on 25 September 1851 to REEVES. They had seven children, Mrs. Russell GIBBS of Sherman, Tx. Eugene of Chicago, Ella(deceased), Mrs. Julia SLAYNAKER of Keokuk, Edward H. of Sunlight, Colo., Henry D. of this place, Mrs. Albert GERBOTH of Davenport, Iowa. Their 50th anniversary was two years ago. Buried Montrose.
VIERHEILIG, G.W. of Kansas City, Kansas married Mrs. Jane GUNN of Ft Madison on 22 November 1902 at bride’s uncle. Will live in Ft.Madison.
PITTMAN, Harry died Saturday in Phoenix, Azizona. He was 45 years old. He is survived by a wife, father, G. W.PITTMAN of Keokuk, one brother of Chicago, three sisters of Keokuk, one sister of New York.
WEST, William died at his home in Price’s Creek, Wednesday. He bore the distinction of being the oldest man in Keokuk. He came in the early days. Married in Montrose, 12 August 1850, leaves nine children, 24 grandchildren.

On 16 February 1858 married Edward ARGAST Sr. In 1865, located in Nauvoo. Leaves husband, three sons; Edward, Louise, and William, one daughter Mrs. Cora WELTER. Services at Nauvoo Catholic Church.

REDMON Robert J. died in Keokuk Sunday. Born in Frankfort, Kentucky. He was 62 years old. He served in Company D. 16th Iowa Vol. Inf. He came to Montrose and married 32 years ago. He had eight children all living. He came to Keokuk 8 years ago. His wife and children survive; J. H REDMON of this city, Mrs. Nellie LINDSEY of Des Moines , Mrs. Kate MITCHELL of Montrose, Mrs. Elsie SWARTZ, Miss EVA, H .REDMON, Paul J. Frank P. and Nina H. all of this city.
BERTHOLD, Mr. Abraham of New Boston died. He was 48 years old and leaves a wife and several children.
