Lowe, James. Age 23. Residence Keokuk, nativity Alabama. Enlisted Aug. 18, 1863. Mustered Oct. 11, 1863. Died of disease Oct. 20, 186, Keokuk, Iowa. Buried in Oakland Cemetery, Keokuk, Iowa ( many of the graves from the hospitals in Keokuk were initially placed in Oakland Cemetery, the National Cemetery took over a portion of Oakland that included these soldiers graves that were in the cemetery)
