This data base consists of the Marriage Books compilation in Lee Co,  from Court House records & from old newspapers in Lee Co.   The
newspaper marriages used were never in the books.   It was/is Randy's idea to add to the collection of weddings on record.  There are gaps in
the Court House records.

Today April 25, 2006 all of the original records are on line.  Now we are going to ask you to compare our marriage records to yours and to send to
us, your unpublished marriages.  Most genealogical programs will send just the marriages to a file.   (Make a (list)
