Mrs. Sidney Pettit of Sparta, Wisconsin, came Tuesday for an extended visit with her mother-in-law, Mrs. Wm. Pettit. Mrs. Pettit’s husband, Sergt. Sidney Pettit, has sailed for America and she will remain here until his return.
The soldiers who have been mustered out from service of Lone Rock are Corporal Henry Rath, home Tuesday; Private Ray Johnson, home Wednesday; Private T. Madison, home Friday; Private James Murray, home Friday; and Private Angus Cotton, home Saturday. Others are also stationed ready to be mustered out.

Corporal James Murray of Burt was calling on his old friends here last week. James has returned home from overseas.
Sergt. Wm. Franklin, recently returned from overseas, came Tuesday to make an extended visit with his sister, Mrs. Ray Johnson.
Corporal William Murray returned Wednesday from Camp Houston, Tex., after having received an honorable discharge from the Army.
Private Robert Thompson returned Friday from overseas, after having received an honorable discharge from the Army. Private Howard McChesney also returned from Camp Dodge Friday, having received an honorable discharge.
