STATE OF IOWA, KEOKUK COUNTY, SS:

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of May A.D. 1861, between 9 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m., at the north door of the Court House in the town of Sigourney in said county, will be sold at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash, the following described property, taken on a special execution issued out of the office of the Clerk of the District Court of said county in favor of Johnathan Boyce and against the property of Joseph Butler, et al, to-wit: The south-east quarter of the north-east quarter of section number 33 in township number 77 north of range number 12 in Keokuk county, Iowa, to satisfy said execution and all accruing costs. Sale to commence at one o'clock p.m.
